Consent & notice
Where consent is the lawful basis, we collect specific, informed, free and unconditional consent — withdrawable at any time.
Data localisation
Your business data is stored in Indian data centres. Cross-border transfers happen only to jurisdictions permitted by the Central Government.
Breach notification
We notify the Data Protection Board and affected Data Principals about verified personal data breaches in line with statutory timelines.
